Life in the Lost Lane A collective of English Gentlemen |
Last night saw a group of historians built a Byzantine 'Fire Ship'. Although the idea of a cauldron full of heated oil on a furnace in a wooden built replica boat sounds like good TV...with hilarious/explosive results. The show shocked and entertained in other ways: These people had real problems making a PUMP to spray the hot oil at the target ship. And they were making it with MODERN welding technologies. Come on Channel 4, giv'us a break. Got a view? What a voice? Let me knowposted by E! @ 8:15 AM
